Proposal Analyst Location: Everett, WA Job ID: #71122 Pay Range: $60-69JOB SUMMARY: The Proposal Analyst will be responsible for working with the bid team to generate detailed and complex proposals for the OEM customer base. The Proposal Analyst will collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance teams to develop cost estimates including non-recurring engineering, tooling, certification and recurring costs.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Supports the bid team in collecting technical and operational data required for complex OEM commercial proposalsCompiles technical and operational inputs into a formal commercial proposal to be reviewed by managementEnsures proposals are thorough and capture all cost and schedule impactsPrepares reports to capture various financial data including proposal costs, profits and other relevant information for management reviewPerforms other related duties as required MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university in business or communication or equivalent; and a minimum of four years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Must have the ability to pay high attention to detailDemonstrated advanced proficiency with MS Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word and ProjectStrong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to solve practical and conceptual problems and deal with a multitude of variablesStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholdersDemonstrated business acumenStrong financial calculations understanding and experience with cost compilation and estimationMust be a U.S. citizen or green card holder PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Experience generating and reviewing requests for proposals/quotes (RFP/RFQs)Experience in the aerospace industry with airlines, aircraft original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) or aircraft interiors suppliers Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is an equal opportunity employer.
