Tool and Die Position in Lebanon, TN, 37090 Job Description We are currently seeking a skilled candidate with Tool and Die experience to join our team in Lebanon, TN. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, building, and repairing tools and dies used in the manufacturing process. Responsibilities include: Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings Operating machinery and tools to create or repair parts Inspecting finished tools and dies to ensure they meet quality standards Collaborating with engineers and other team members to improve processes Travel to customers and help troubleshoot issues with their tooling  The ability to perform a FLD and TLD analysis to determine if a part is capable.  Knowledge to determine if the problem is related to the tool or the material being used.  Must be able to determine what Tooling or material modifications may be needed to obtain a capable process Knowledge of different grades of steel and how they react to different die conditions and part capability Qualifications The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a Tool and Die Maker.  Apprenticeship completed is a plus  Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings (CAD) Ability to meet with customers and demonstrate professionalism  ISO experience a plus IATF experience a plus Sales experience a plus Engineering experience a plus Circlegrid experience a plus Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills How to Apply If you meet the qualifications and are interested in this position, please submit your resume and cover letter to [email address].
