As a HR & Payroll Generalist Part Time you will:Bilingual (English & Spanish) – RequiredProcess weekly or bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time using Paychex Flex (experience preferred, but not required)Assist with onboarding of new employees, including paperwork, orientations, and training coordinationAnswer employee questions related to benefits, insurance, payroll, and company policiesHelp maintain up-to-date and compliant employee recordsSupport with performance documentation and employee status changesThis is a part time 1st Shift opportunity | 15 - 20 hours per week (flexible) The ideal candidate will have: 1–2 years of HR, payroll, or administrative experience preferredFamiliarity with Paychex Flex is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)Friendly, approachable, and comfortable speaking with employeesHighly organized and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detailFlexible and willing to grow with the role as hours and responsibilities expandWork is onsite and specific schedule TBD based on needsPay Rate: $25.00 - 29.00 per hourPay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
