Volt is immediately hiring for an in-house Industrial Electrician (OEM Package Wiring) in Clearwater, Florida. This is a 6-8 week assignment with possible extension We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical wiring on OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) packages used in industrial settings. The ideal candidate will have experience working with complex electrical systems, reading blueprints, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:Install and wire electrical components on OEM industrial equipment.Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.Perform testing and troubleshooting to ensure proper functionality.Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.Work with engineers and technicians to integrate electrical systems into industrial machinery.Maintain detailed records of installations, repairs, and modifications.Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to complete tasks efficiently. This is a 6-8 week assignment with possible extension The ideal candidate will have:Electrical certification or journeyman license (preferred)Experience in industrial electrical wiring, especially with OEM packages.Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, and automation.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
