Date Posted: 06/05/2025 Hiring Organization: Rose International Position Number: 483744 Industry: Financial Services Job Title: AEM Content Author Job Location: Minneapolis, MN, USA, 55402 Work Model: Hybrid Work Model Details: Hybrid 3 days in office per week Shift: 1st Employment Type: Temporary FT/PT: Full-Time Estimated Duration (In months): 7 Min Hourly Rate ($): 57.00 Max Hourly Rate ($): 57.00 Must Have Skills/Attributes: AEM, UX DESIGN Experience Desired: Proven experience (at least 2 years) as an AEM Content Author (4 yrs) Required Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Preferred Certifications/Licenses: Not Required Job Description Must sit in either Minneapolis, MN 55402 OR Atlanta, GA 30328 - 3 days per week Education: • Bachelard's degree, or 6+ years equivalent work experience Requirements: • Proven experience (at least 2 years) as an AEM Content Author or similar role using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.3 - 6.5 or Cloud) and its authoring tools • Advanced knowledge of AEM best practices such as page property configuration, version control, and digital asset management (DAM) • Strong understanding of web content management systems, HTML, CSS • Demonstrated understanding of information architecture, interactive design principles, accessibility (A11y) • Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 AA considerations • Ability to work collaboratively across a wide range of stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. • Basic knowledge of UI design Job Duties: • Create, edit, and publish headless content within the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. • Utilize AEM tools and features to author, manage, and update web pages, landing pages, digital assets, and multimedia content. • Leverage AEM functionality such as content fragments, templates, and workflows to streamline content creation and publishing processes. • Work closely with marketing teams, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand content requirements and ensure alignment with overall digital strategies. • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on content development and address any concerns or challenges. • Support content migration activities as assigned, supporting larger website development and migration projects • Provide training and author support to client authors and administrators • Champion content management best practices by establishing standardized processes and documentation to ensure consistency, efficiency and scalability in content creation and management • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage emerging trends and tools to enhance our content management abilities. • Perform quality control checks on authored content and remediate issues • Troubleshoot defects and lead efforts to proactively identify and resolve content issues, maintaining a seamless user experience. Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Content Author with hands-on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience to join our team. As an AEM Content Author, you play a critical role in creating and managing content within the AEM platform for our client, supporting our websites. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including marketing teams, designers, and developers, to ensure the delivery of high-quality and engaging content across digital channels. The AEM Content Author works with one of our 130 financial product teams alongside their UX team members, backend developers, and QA partners to fulfill their authoring needs to create, update, and test new pages for various projects. It is very important to work efficiently to produce pages ready to publish. Strong ability to fit into our culture of fast-moving teams who collaborate remotely and mainly communicate through video conference and chats is very important to be successful. AEM Authors assigned to product teams need to be patient and tactful as they advocate for best practices related to AEM and our client's design guidelines. This role requires excellent attention to detail and technical skills, strong understanding of headless CMS, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
