Career steps are clearly outlined: Customer Service Inside Sales Outside Sales Role & Responsibilities: Responding to customer complaints and inquiries quickly and efficiently Answering phone calls and emails in a professional manner Building rapport with customers Collecting customer information for future follow-ups Upselling services and making product recommendations Closing sales and achieving company quotas Identifying sales opportunities Staying informed about product and service information updates Skills and Responsibilities: Excellent customer service Clear communication and active listening Ability to process information well People oriented and experienced in rapport building Ability to sell and promote Working knowledge of various technology and software programs Strong product knowledge Excellent time management Job Specifics: Pay: $20 to $24/hr. plus incentives Location: 77041 Dress Code: Business casual Schedule: 8:30AM to 5PM Monday through Friday Track sales targets for inside sales teamTrain other inside sales representativesEstablish new business through inside sales callsGenerate sales lead for outside sales representativesInvolve the inside sales deptLead high growth inside sales teamAnswer inbound sales calls and make outbound sales callsManage a territory of small inside sales customersMotivate the inside sales team to achieve set sales targetsPrepare monthly sales report showing sales volume and potential salesSelect and hire inside sales representativesPerform traditional inside sales calls as dictated by the sales processPrepare periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential salesObserve calls with inside sales representatives to identify sales opportunities and provide sales representative coaching and mentoringPrepare sales orders for customersEnsuring all customer sales ordersMake inside sales calls daily to current and prospective customers to procure sales appointmentsLead and sales potential to outside sales forceCommunicate account and sales information to both sales management and sales teamReceive feedback on inside sales team performance
