Seeking a motivated and organized Receptionist /Administrative Assistant. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing front desk activities and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and professionally, offering assistance as needed. Handle incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate team members. Perform general clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining well-organized records. Create customer profiles, generate job entries, and process invoices in QuickBooks (training provided). Obtain quotes for the sales team as needed. Receive and verify materials against purchase orders. Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the team. Assist with various administrative tasks to support the team effectively.
