Job Title: Personnel Recruitment and Retention Analyst L3-5903 Job Location: Patrick SFB, FL, 32925 Job Salary: $125,000 - $137,500 Job Summary Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking a qualified and motivated Personnel Recruitment and Retention Analyst L3 to support a high-performing team focused on advancing space capabilities for national defense. This position supports STARCOM Personnel leadership by providing expert analysis and data-driven insights into employee behavior, recruitment strategies, and retention efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering decision support and technical expertise related to workforce engagement, using behavioral and industrial-organizational perspectives. Additionally, the analyst will offer labor economics support for assessing recruitment, hiring, promotions, development, retention, and performance evaluations. Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate findings to senior leadership are essential. Skills / Experience Required Personnel Recruitment and Retention Analyst L3 Skills and Experience:Active Top Secret/SCI clearance10+ years of practical experience in the Department of Defense (DoD), with a focus on space systemsProven success in recruiting and retaining personnel in corporate environments; experience with government personnel is a plusSkilled in tracking key recruitment and retention metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, employee tenure, and voluntary turnover to measure program effectivenessConducted detailed analysis of employee data (e.g., performance reviews, exit interviews, engagement surveys) to identify trends and root causes of attritionPresented findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders using data visualization tools, highlighting key trends and areas for improvementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsEducation / Certifications Personnel Recruitment and Retention Analyst L3 Education/Certifications:Master of Arts (MA), Master of Science (MS), or Master of Engineering (ME) degree in a related field Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of education BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, disability, and life insuranceFlexible Spending Accounts401(k)PTOPaid Paternal leaveTuition reimbursementPaid federal holidaysSecurity Clearance Must be a U.S. Citizen.
