Overview of the Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis role: Lead and manage the annual budgeting and forecasting processes using advanced Excel modeling, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives. Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic planning, scenario analysis, and long-term cash flow projections. Deliver in-depth product-level financial reporting and insights to inform operational strategies and executive-level decisions. Provide financial leadership and analysis during key events such as acquisitions, fundraising, or company sale processes. Build and manage a comprehensive data room, coordinating and responding to over 30 detailed financial and operational data requests for due diligence processes. Partner cross-functionally with leadership teams to drive financial visibility, efficiency, and informed decision-making. Preferred Qualifications for the Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required. MBA or other advanced degree is a significant plus. Proven experience (7+ years) in Financial Planning & Analysis, with a focus on strategic modeling and reporting. Direct experience supporting corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, or fundraising is highly preferred. Expertise in Excel-based modeling and data visualization; familiarity with modern financial systems and BI tools is a plus. Exceptional analytical, communication, and business partnering skills.
