Customer Service Representative Mon-Friday - 8AM-5PM Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR) Department: Sales Operations Reports To: Global Manager Sales Operations Position Summary The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for end-to-end order handling, including SAP master data maintenance, order receipt, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers. This role supports one or more business segments and works closely with account managers and regional business managers. The CSR also serves as the primary customer contact and as backup support for peers during absences. This position plays a critical role in process improvement and continuous enhancement of the order-to-cash (OTC) cycle. Key Responsibilities Manage complete customer order process from receipt through delivery in SAP (OTC). Maintain accurate SAP master data for customers and products. Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution. Collaborate with account managers and internal departments to meet customer needs. Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Lean principles. Participate in Manufacturing Excellence efforts and adhere to SHE and Security policies. Ensure compliance with all internal procedures, policies, and training requirements. Provide backup CSR coverage as needed. Maintain strict confidentiality and safeguard company intellectual property. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of customer service experience in a B2B environment. Strong knowledge of SAP Order-to-Cash processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and improve business processes. Fluent in English (written and verbal). Secondary vocational education or bachelor's degree required. Preferred Attributes Strong customer-centric attitude with a dedication to service excellence.
