Talent Acquisition - Temporary Position Location: Yonkers, NY (100% On-site)Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (37.5 hours/week)Start Date: Immediate (following background check and interview process) About Our Client Our client is a well-established non-profit healthcare organization located in Westchester. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our client's HR team on a temporary basis. This role is critical to supporting ongoing recruitment efforts for high-level positions while team members are on leave. The successful candidate will manage 15-20 open positions simultaneously, focusing on recruiting for senior-level roles including MDs and above. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Recruit for high-level healthcare positions, particularly MDs and above-level roles Candidate Management: Source, screen, and present qualified candidates using ICIMS ATS system Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Stakeholder Communication: Check emails daily, communicate with candidates through portal systems, and maintain regular contact with hiring managers Process Management: Join interviews as facilitator and support the full recruitment lifecycle Required Qualifications Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred (candidates without healthcare experience will be considered as well) Strong team player mentality and excellent communication skills Degree in Human Resources or other related field This is a temporary position with potential for extension based on business needs. Candidates with healthcare recruiting experience will be given priority consideration for any future permanent opportunities.
