You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of surety accounts, ensuring all client needs are met and exceeded. This role requires a deep understanding of the surety industry, excellent customer service skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will be the primary point of contact for all surety clients, providing them with expert advice and guidance on their surety bond needs. This is a full-time permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.Responsibilities:Your responsibilities as a Surety Account Manager will include:1. Managing a portfolio of surety accounts, ensuring all client needs are met and exceeded.2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing them with expert advice and guidance on their surety bond needs.3. Working closely with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for new and renewal business.4. Reviewing and analyzing surety policies, identifying areas of risk and providing recommendations for improvement.5. Preparing and presenting proposals to clients, explaining the benefits and costs of surety bonds in a clear and concise manner.6. Ensuring all client documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including applications, renewals, and endorsements.7. Resolving client queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on surety bonds, underwriting, account management, client relations, and customer service.2. Proven experience in preparing and presenting proposals, and managing renewals and policy analysis.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.4. A deep understanding of the surety industry, including the latest trends and developments.5. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify areas of risk and provide recommendations for improvement.6. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to resolve client queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.7.
