General Information Maintenance Assistant Macedonia, OH $18-$23/hour based on experience 3 rd shift Temp to Hire Opportunity As the Maintenance Assistant you will perform preventative maintenance, and assist with troubleshooting and repair on all industrial equipment. Duties/Responsibilities Maintenance of machinery to run at available capacity and speed to maximize production output. Preventative maintennace work, following scheduled maintenance on plant machinery. Facilities maintenance throughout manufacturing facility and offices. Plumbing, drywall, painting, carpentry, lighting, etc. Assist with pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs as needed. Review of electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. Skills/Qualifications 1 or more years' experience as a mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred. Able to work in a hot, humid, cold, and noisy environment. Experience reading drawings and schematics. High school diploma or equivalent. Will be subject to pre-employment screening.
