As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to internal and external customers. You’ll play a key role in order management, issue resolution, and ensuring timely communication across departments.Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using SAP or similar ERP systemsRespond to inquiries regarding product availability, order status, and delivery timelinesCollaborate with sales, logistics, and production teams to ensure customer satisfactionHandle complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure resolutionMaintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactionsSupport continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service tea2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environmentStrong communication and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; SAP experience is a plusAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced settingHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferredWork Environment: On-site in Hanover, PAMonday–Friday, standard business hoursCollaborative and supportive team cultureAt TEKsystems, we’re passionate about helping people achieve their career goals.
