And because there is no greater gift that someone can give than their time, we thank you for your generosity.Key Accountabilities1) Be a Financial Maestro: Orchestrate the home office and community-level budget process in harmony with regional leaders and department headsensuring every note is data-driven, accurate, and in tune with our organizational goals.2) Be a Crystal Ball Holder: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for new projects, acquisitions, and strategic initiativesbringing the future into focus with insightful forecasting and variance analysis.3) Be a Cash Flow Conductor: Keep a watchful eye on liquidity, short-term forecasting, and treasury reporting to make sure the financial heartbeat of Arrow is steady, strong, and ready for the next big adventure.4) Be a Number Storyteller: Partner with the accounting team to turn actuals and forecasts into compelling narrativesdelivered through dashboards and executive-ready reports that inspire action.5) Be a Strategic Partner-in-Crime: Collaborate across service areasfrom operations to developmentevaluating initiatives, identifying trends, and spotting cost-saving opportunities without sacrificing quality.DutiesThis position description is designated to outline primary duties, qualifications, and job scope, but not limit the individual or the organization to only the work identified. It is our expectation that each employee will offer his/her services wherever and whenever necessary to ensure the success of our endeavors.Lead the annual home office and community-level budget process, partnering with regional leaders and department heads to develop accurate, data-driven plansDevelop and maintain comprehensive financial models for new projects, acquisitions, and strategic initiativesProvide detailed forecasting and variance analysis for existing operations and portfolio performanceOversee cash management, including short-term forecasting, liquidity tracking, and treasury reportingAssist in covenant compliance, debt reporting, and banking relationship supportPrepare financial dashboards and executive-level reporting materialsPartner with the accounting team on monthly and quarterly close to ensure alignment between actuals and forecastsSupport strategic decision-making by evaluating the financial impact of initiatives, trends, and cost-saving opportunitiesImprove financial systems, processes, and tools to enhance visibility and efficiencyServe as a financial thought partner across the organization, from operations to developmentRequirementsBe at least (21) years of age.MBA in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred35+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, or corporate financeIndustry experience in senior living, real estate, healthcare, or hospitality strongly preferredAdvanced Excel and financial modeling skills required, proficiency with budgeting and BI tools preferredStrong understanding of GAAP, budgeting, and operational financeExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentTeam-oriented with a hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solvingBe of good character and a continuing reputation of personal integrity.Be in good health, and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks. Good physical health shall be verified by a health screening performed by a physician not more than (6) months prior to or (7) days after employment. Demonstrates freedom from pulmonary tuberculosis by a health screening performed by a physician not more than (6) months prior to or (7) days after employment.Must be criminally cleared by criminal background check.Must have a clean driving record as per the insurance carriers policy. Physical RequirementsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate in person and through written correspondence. This position is sedentary, requiring sitting at a desk between six and eight hours a day in an indoor, office setting. The position also requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping for brief periods of a time. Employee may need to retrieve items from storage, including overhead bins or cabinets.
