In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing important financial documents in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Open files and mail and prepare documents for scanning by removing staples and organizing them in chronological order. Scan documents with a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy.Process paperwork and print barcodes.Process documents quickly and efficiently to meet deadlines.Shred confidential documents securely.Open and sort incoming mail.Experience LevelEntry LevelPay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
