About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Manager I to lead our new Milwaukee branch. This is an exciting opportunity to grow a new location while supporting our mission to provide exceptional service to our members. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, coach and develop team members, and ensure the branch meets performance goals and service standards.Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM; Every other Saturday, 9:00 AM–12:00 PMType: Full-timeKey ResponsibilitiesLead and manage branch staff, including hiring, training, and performance coachingMonitor branch goals and take corrective action to ensure successEnsure high-quality member service and adequate staffing levelsMaintain compliance with credit union policies and proceduresPromote and support Fox’s purpose, mission, vision, and valuesBuild strong member relationships and coach team on cross-selling productsCoordinate with the Regional Branch Manager and attend management meetingsOversee branch facilities and ensure proper maintenanceAssist with consumer lending needs and support other departments as neededUtilize Gallup resources to improve team engagementPrepare reports and communicate trends or issues to leadershipQualificationsAssociate degree, business/trade school certification, or equivalent experience3+ years of related experience in financial services or branch managementFlexible availability, including rotating SaturdaysWillingness to obtain and maintain NMLS registration (support provided during onboarding)Employee Value Proposition (EVP)Opportunity to grow and lead a new branch in MilwaukeeSupportive team environment with room for advancementPay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr.Fox Communities Credit Union believes our team members are our most important asset.
