Administrative Scanning/Data Entry Specialist

DescriptionTEKsystems is currently hiring for an Administrative Scanning/Data Entry Specialist to support a healthcare facility in Lubbock, Texas. This contract role focuses on entering patient information into the EMR system and scanning high volumes of paper charts for digital archiving. There is no patient interaction required, and candidates must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage repetitive tasks efficiently.Create new patient profiles in the EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systemScan complete paper charts into the system, ensuring accurate capture of Name, Address, and Date of BirthHandle document volumes ranging from 15 to 1,500 pages per chartEnsure data is accurately entered and documents are correctly categorizedShred paper documents after successful scanningMaintain confidentiality and security of patient recordsWork alongside office staff in a front-desk environmentPay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
