Professional SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our inbound customer service team, specializingin Business-to-Business (B2B) calls. This role is focused on fostering strong customer relationships, resolving issues with efficiency, and managing customeraccounts with precision. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, is passionate about problem-solving, and is committed to delivering exceptionalservice. Prior call center experience is highly desired but not required—candidates from Seterus or Freedom are highly encouraged to apply and will be prioritized for immediate hiring. Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and timely payments.Manage customer accounts, accurately receiving and posting payments in a time-sensitive manner.Actively inform customers about the status of their accounts to maintain transparency and trust.Collect overdue payments and negotiate solutions to bring accounts current.Investigate and resolve billing-related questions and concerns, collaborating directly with customers and internal teams.Proactively identify and address challenges by conducting research and analysis to develop effective solutions.Maintain accurate records and ensure tasks are completed efficiently through strong organizational skills.Provide outstanding communication, ensuring interactions remain professional and solutions-oriented. Qualifications1-2 years of successful experience in a billing or call center environment.Proficiency in Salesforce and/or other CRM platforms is preferred; intermediate understanding of credit and collections systems is an advantage.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with both customers and internal teams.Strong familiarity with MS Office 365 and Google Workspace is highly desirable.High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.Detail-oriented, highly organized, and driven to research and analyze challenges for effective resolution.Schedule: M-F 5am- 1:30pm (Training 7am- 3:30pm)Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
