Deposit Operations Specialist

Description This is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office. We are looking for candidates who live within a commutable drivable distance to our Raleigh, NC office. This position supports a variety of tasks related to a critical project within Deposit Operations. ·Project Support – Performs analysis, calculation, and review of large volumes of data. Pulls and reviews deposit, CD and IRA statements for interest calculation. Uses Excel to calculate daily interest and validates results. Work with various reports in support of the project. May be assigned in other areas and tasks as needed. Reporting – Completes all required reporting and documentation in support of the project. Business Support - Provides support to management and team in the completion of a project. Communicates progress and identifies issues throughout the project. Compliance Proficiency - Maintains knowledge of applicable bank and deposit regulations to ensure compliance. High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of experience in Operations or Administrative Preferred Area of Experience: Banking or Financial Services Skill(s):Ability to complete an alphanumeric assessment Additional Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge with Onbase, host/mainframe system access. Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance. Ability to take and manage notes during training. Ability to process high volume of work timely and accurately. Knowledge of Microsoft Suite systems such as Excel, Outlook, etc. Skills deposit verification, excel data entry, excel analysis Top Skills Details deposit verification,excel data entry,excel analysis Additional Skills & Qualifications Knowledge with Onbase, host/mainframe system access.
