Call Center Representative

Location: Madison, WI (East Side)Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM | Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PMType: Full-Time, OnsiteAbout the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Customer Care Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for internal and external customers, providing exceptional service via phone and email. You’ll play a key role in supporting order processing, resolving inquiries, and contributing to our overall customer satisfaction and revenue goals.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to inbound customer calls and emails regarding orders, product information, pricing, and status updatesMonitor and manage email queues to meet department service goalsProcess orders and complaints accurately using Oracle ERP systemCollaborate with departments including logistics, trade compliance, regulatory affairs, supply chain, and sales to resolve customer issuesCreate and maintain customer accountsParticipate in daily KPI meetings and meet individual performance metricsTroubleshoot technical issues and prepare Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs)Proactively communicate potential challenges to leadershipQualificationsMinimum 1 year of customer service or technical support experienceExperience handling irate customers with professionalismTyping speed of 40 WPMFamiliarity with CRM/ERP systems (Oracle preferred)Proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteReady to make a difference in the medical technology field?
