Commercial Relationship Manager

Description Overview: This role is ideal for a high-performing, credit-trained commercial lender who thrives in a relationship-driven environment and is looking to grow their portfolio with the support of a stable, technology-forward bank. Key Responsibilities: -Develop and manage relationships with local business owners across a range of industries. -Originate and structure commercial loans including C&I, equipment financing, owner-occupied and investment real estate. -Conduct preliminary underwriting and assess deal feasibility before submission to credit. -Collaborate with portfolio managers to maintain and grow client relationships. -Track and manage full relationship lifecycle using Abrigo Sageworks CRM. -Maintain a personal P&L dashboard to monitor profitability and performance. -Meet annual production goals of $10M–$20M in new loan volume, excluding renewals. -Contribute to deposit growth and manage overall relationship profitability. -Ensure compliance with bank loan policy and pricing standards.
