Facilities Building Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leader in building maintenance and facility management, is seeking a Facilities Building MaintenanceTechnician to join their team. As a Facilities Building Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Facilities Building Maintenance Technician Location: Phoenix, AZ Pay Range: $32/hr. - $33/hr. What's the Job? Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple systems and locations. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems to ensure optimal performance. Travel between facilities within a 50-mile radius to support ongoing maintenance needs. Monitor and record system readings, calibrate equipment, and make necessary adjustments. Ensure safety protocols are followed, maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment. What's Needed? High School Diploma or Equivalent. 8-10 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems. Proficiency with TRANE, CARRIER, LENNOX, RHEEM, AAON, and DAKIN software tools. EPA 608 Type II Certification; EPA 608 Universal Certification is a plus. Valid driver’s license and ability to analyze and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
