We work in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization, generating results that allow our clients to thrive.What You'll DoAs the North America (NAMR) Operations Senior Manager, you will work closely with a wide range of Operations leaders and teams across North America to support and advance the company’s North American Travel program, as well as manage other special projects across NAMR administrative services, vendor management, and office experience. This role will be responsible for driving key initiatives across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico with a strong emphasis on project management, stakeholder collaboration, and operational execution. You will play a critical role in structuring, coordinating, and advancing high-impact projects, such as implementing new technology platforms, supporting policy rollouts, and executing change initiatives. Success in this position requires building structured project plans, tracking milestones, and communicating clearly with stakeholders at all levels. Key ResponsibilitiesDrive operational strategy and change initiatives across NAMR Operations, with an emphasis on the Travel function, by creatively solving problems with scalable, innovative solutions.Manage and support special projects from design through execution, including project planning, team coordination, and milestone tracking.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and partners, building strong communication loops and fostering trust among internal stakeholdersPrepare high-quality presentations and reports for senior leadership, highlighting initiative progress, risks, and data insights.You’re good atProject management and execution: Supporting operational processes and change initiatives within highly complex and matrixed organizationsStakeholder management: Developing strong relationships across all levels of the organization with a service-oriented mindset.Problem-solving under pressure: Operating effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.Vendor and partner coordination: Supporting supplier management processes in collaboration with the Travel Director and Operations team.Strategic problem solving: You proactively identify challenges and deliver creative, innovative solutions.Judgment and decision-making: You make thoughtful, professional decisions independently, escalating complex issues when needed.What You'll Bring8-10 years of progressively responsible work experienceBachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced professional degree strongly preferredExperience in the Travel industry or other related fieldStrong expertise in project management within Travel, Operations, or other related areas, with proven ability to juggle multiple priorities with attention to detail.Experience communicating and reporting out to senior audiences, with ability to communicate complex information clearly in writing and verballyBig-picture thinking with strong business judgment and a consultative approach to problem-solving.Exceptional work ethic, positive attitude, and resilience under pressure.A flexible, “up for anything” attitude to meet the evolving needs of the business.Ideally, hands-on experience with Online Booking Tools, Travel Management Companies, and/or Expense ToolsWho You'll Work WithYou will report directly to the NAMR Operations Strategic Initiatives Director and work closely with a wide range of Operations leadership teams across North America, including the North America Travel Director.Additional infoFormat Information: At BCG, our people and relationships are at the heart of everything we do. This role is designed for those who thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and is not intended for remote or virtual work. Compensation Information: Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.   The base salary range for this role begins at $107,000 in our lowest cost geography and goes up to $143,000 in our highest cost geography. Your recruiting contact can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.  This is an estimated range and specific base salaries within the range depend on factors such as office location, experience, and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.   In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a discretionary bonus of up to 20% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years. At BCG, we are committed to offering a comprehensive benefit program that includes everything our employees and their families need to be well and live life to the fullest.
