Join our team as a Member Support & Collections Specialist, where your voice will make a difference every day.What You’ll DoBe the First Point of ContactHandle 10–20 inbound calls daily and manage a total of approximately 115 calls per day using an outbound dialer system.Assist members with payment processing, setting up payment plans, and answering account-related questions.Deliver Thoughtful, Member-Focused ServiceSpend about 80% of your time engaging with members over the phone, offering compassionate support tailored to their unique situations.Help retain members by building trust and offering solutions that meet their needs.Support Collections OperationsPerform a variety of collections-related tasks including document uploads, account reviews, sending notices, and preparing accounts for repositioning.Facilitate online banking transactions and ensure smooth processing of member communications.What You BringExperience in collections, customer service, or financial servicesA strong sense of empathy and the ability to connect with people during sensitive conversationsConfidence in your collections expertise and ability to guide members toward resolutionProfessional communication skills, both verbal and writtenTop Skills We’re Looking ForCollections & customer serviceFinancial services & consumer collectionsStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilitiesPay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.23 - $28.84/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
