MO-REMOTE Worker Type: Regular Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing all aspects of Revenue Cycle Organization (RCO) employee training and quality assurance, including but not limited to designing and implementing training programs, monitoring performance against quality standards, partnering with operational leaders in identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations as identified by the Revenue Cycle Regulatory team, all while driving a culture of continuous learning and quality excellence across the RCO. Job Responsibilities and Requirements: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Develops, implements and maintains a robust feedback system between quality assurance, training, and revenue cycle operations to ensure continuous learning and process enhancement. Oversees the design, development, implementation and management of comprehensive revenue cycle training programs for new hires and existing staff. Ensures training content aligns with regulatory requirements, organizational goals and industry best practices. Directs the monitoring and analysis of training effectiveness, partnering with revenue cycle operations to make data-driven decisions to refine programs and improve staff performance. Oversees revenue cycle quality audit process, ensuring accuracy for front and back revenue cycle. Identifies root causes of revenue cycle errors and responsible for communication and collaboration with operational leaders to implement corrections as needed. Recruits, engages, develops, leads, and manages assigned staff. Performs other duties as assigned.
