Project Manager (Business Requirement Documentation - BRD) / 100% Remote / (5 Month Contract)Top Required SkillsDiscovery & Process Analysis (Gemba Walks): ability to conduct immersive discovery sessions to observe and analyze current workflows, uncovering opportunities for improvement.Business Requirements Documentation (BRD) Development: expertise in translating operational insights into clear, strategic BRDs that guide tooling and automation initiatives and influence leadership decisions.Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency: proven track record of identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions that optimize workflows, especially within creative or design operations.Previous experience working with large enterprise companies (Microsoft, Amazon, Meta, etc.)Job DescriptionWe need a strategic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join the team. This role is critical in driving operational excellence and unlocking efficiencies through AI-forward solutions across our integrated marketing workflows.The ideal candidate will have exceptional discovery skills, with a strong emphasis on conducting Gemba walks—immersive, on-the-ground observations that uncover real-time process challenges and opportunities. Through these walks, the Project Manager will identify areas where AI and automation can streamline operations, reduce friction, and enhance productivity across the studio.Key deliverables of this role is the creation of Process Flows and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) that clearly articulate the current state, proposed improvements, and the strategic value of AI-driven solutions. These documents will be presented to leadership to gain alignment and investment in new tooling initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesLead Gemba walks and other discovery activities to deeply understand current processes.Identify and prioritize opportunities for operational efficiency through AI and automation.Create comprehensive process flows and BRDs that translate insights into actionable requirements for tooling and process improvements.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, engineering, and program management teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.Support rhythm of business activities and contribute to resource planning and program delivery across the studio. QualificationsProven experience in project management (ideally within a creative, design, or operations environment).Strong experience in process improvement and operational efficiency, especially leveraging AI and automation.Expertise in conducting Gemba walks or similar discovery methodologies.Exceptional written communication skills with a track record of producing high-impact BRDs.Experience with process mapping, data gathering, and process analysis.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Self-starter with the ability to operate efficiently in ambiguous situationsGrowth mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $60.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
