What You’ll DoBe the first point of contact for patients, answering inbound calls and making outbound follow-upsLearn the entire front-end process to ensure smooth service deliveryVerify referral details, create orders, and schedule equipment deliveryEducate patients on their financial responsibilitiesDocument concerns and escalate cases when neededCollaborate with a supportive team and grow through feedback? Schedule DetailsTraining: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (on-site in Newton)Post-Training:Overnight Shift: 7:00 PM–7:00 AMRotating schedule: 3 days one week, 4 days the nextMust be available every other weekendRemote work available after training if performance expectations are met?
