Customer Service Coordinator - Hybrid

A National Company that designs Manufactures, and markets electronic components used to power, protect, and connect electronic circuits is interested in hiring a Customer Account Coordinator to help support their team in Tualatin, Oregon! This position will be supporting customers with the pre and post sales support. This is a long term opportunity with a hybrid work schedule, Mon - Wed in office with Thu/Fri being remote!DescriptionThe Customer Account Coordinator is responsible for dealing with both pre- and post- sales support to customers and Regional Sales Managers in their region. This person is the first point of contact for both internal and external customers to resolve customer-related issues/queries, such as deliveries and expedites.Essential Functions:Provides pre- and post-sales support to customers, channel partners, reps and field salesPrepares weekly analysis reports to customersSupports sales opportunities to Distribution, OEMs, HEV customers, Global Accounts, as well as prepares and maintains quotationsRefers technical requests from customers, channel partners or reps to Sales or technical supportReceives, reviews and processes customer sales orders, ensuring that they comply with SOX requirementsManages quality returns and follow up with repair centersLiaise with customers on post sales activities, including solving problems related to order management, delivery and payment issuesPerforms detailed data validation spanning several different reports for Regional Sales Managers and customersHandles additional projects as assignedSkills & QualificationsHigh school or GED equivalent required; associate degree preferredExperience with a company who sells through manufacturing reps and distributors preferredPossess advanced knowledge of basic computer and office equipment, including the Microsoft Office Suite, and demonstrated experience utilizing and navigating an ERP systemPay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
