Baking experience is a bonus (and well teach you plenty along the way!), but what matters most is your ability to lead with confidence, personality, and hustle.What Youll Do:Create an amazing in-store experience for every customer.Lead daily operations with high standards in service, food quality, and cleanliness.Recruit, train, and develop an engaged, high-performing team.Keep the store stocked and efficient with smart inventory management.Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company processes.Drive results through scheduling, coaching, and hands-on leadership.Celebrate wins and motivate your team to do their best work every shift.What Were Looking For:Proven leadership experience in the food service industry.Friendly, approachable, and able to connect with both staff and customers.A problem-solver who can think on their feet.Organized and detail-oriented, without losing the fun factor.Committed to teamwork, accountability, and running a successful store.At least 20 years old and available five days a week, MondaySaturday (were closed Sundays!).Perks & Pay:Competitive salary: $45,000$55,000 base, depending on experience.Bonus opportunities target total compensation: $50,000$65,000.Paid time off that increases with tenure.Paid training and career development.Sunday's offIf youre ready to lead a team, build a positive culture, and make life a little sweeter for our customers, wed love to meet you!
