Job Title: Customer Service Representative II – Investigator Support CoordinatorLocation: 8211 Scicor Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46214Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST (Saturday shifts required several times per year)Pay Rate: Starting at $22.00/hourDuration: 1 year contractAbout the RoleWe are seeking a bilingual Investigator Support Coordinator to join our team and help advance healthcare by supporting investigative sites. This role is ideal for someone passionate about customer service, detail-oriented, and fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate lab results, flags, and test cancellations to investigator sites, sponsors, and affiliates.Resolve accession holds and update project teams on delays.Maintain accurate database records and coordinate additional testing needs.Respond to project-related inquiries via phone and email.Track and report metrics, document service failures, and escalate unresolved issues.Act as a liaison between internal teams and external clients.Ensure patient safety and advocate for investigator site needs during process changes.QualificationsHigh school diploma required.Minimum 2 years of phone-based customer service experience.Must be bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Portuguese.Strong verbal communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.Why Join Us?You’ll thrive in a learning-based culture that supports your professional growth.
