Following the migration from LendingPad to Encompass, ensuring smooth data transfer and minimal disruptionConfigure Encompass personas, business rules, input forms, and integrationsSupport end-users across sales and operations with training, troubleshooting, and optimizationBuild custom workflows, loan templates, and automation rules to streamline operationsCollaborate with IT, compliance, and executive teams to align Encompass with company goalsBe the expert: You’ll be the go-to person for all things Encompass—trusted across departmentsMake an impact: Your work directly affects loan cycle times, compliance, and scalabilityWork with innovators: Join a team that values precision, collaboration, and continuous improvementGrow with us: As we scale nationally, you’ll be in prime position to lead system strategy and innovationSkillsAdministration, troubleshooting, optimization software, Windows, AutomationAdditional Skills & QualificationsMust HaveCertified Encompass Administrator with 2+ years of hands-on experience (preferably)Understand mortgage origination workflows, compliance, and LOS integrationsAnalytical, resourceful, and thrive in fast-paced environmentsLove solving problems and making systems work smarterHighly Preferred Encompass Developer or ICE Mortgage Technology credentialsExperience in LOS migrations (especially LendingPad ?
