HR Generalist

In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies. You’ll be a key point of contact for employees and management, supporting talent programs and operational initiatives.What You'll Do:Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.Assist with HR data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.Provide administrative support for HR programs and processes.Act as a liaison between employees and management for HR-related inquiries.Support data automation initiatives using tools like Alteryx.What We're Looking For:Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables).Familiarity with Alteryx or similar data automation tools (nice to have).Core Skills:Strong organizational and administrative abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Comfortable working with data and generating insights.Education: High school diploma required.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Tampa, FL.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $44.80 - $44.80/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
