In this role, you will provide critical support for a leading provider of advanced network services, ensuring network resilience and rapid service restoration. You will work closely with internal teams to monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain network elements across Layer 1, 2, and 3 technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Network Support Analyst will manage end-to-end technical support, from identifying service impairments to full resolution. Responsibilities include monitoring network events, conducting intrusive testing for Ethernet, VPN, ELAN, and IP services, and managing trouble tickets. You will apply strong technical proficiency in Ethernet switching (VLANs, STP, trunking, port-channeling) and routed networks (OSPF, BGP, VRFs), troubleshoot LAN handoffs, and interface with multiple teams to coordinate repairs and updates.
