Experience in cardiovascular or perioperative nursing preferred. Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills. BLS required; CNOR or specialty CVOR certifications preferred. Responsibilities: Prepare patients and the CVOR environment for cardiac surgeries. Circulate or scrub during procedures, monitoring patient status and assisting the surgical team. Administer medications and maintain sterile technique. Document care, surgical details, and patient outcomes accurately. Educate patients and families on pre- and post-operative care. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and CVOR staff.
