Maintain health services records logs and assist with data entry within the scope of nursing related items. Document and reassess any significant changes in the patient's condition in compliance with facility's policy. Ensure provision of safety and comfort of all patients. Follow established patient care protocols, and observe federal, state, and county policies, regulations, and guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned.
