Network Trainer

We are looking for an excellent Network Trainer to help employees cultivate their skills and knowledge. You will provide complete training to share your expertise in ways that motivate others. Duties & Responsibilities Develop and implement on-boarding and training plans for new employeesEnsure compliance with all workplace regulations and policiesAssist management in developing and maintaining a high-performance teamCoach and mentor staff to improve their skills and knowledgeAssist with the implementation of job-related processes and proceduresLiaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessionsDesign effective training programsConduct seminars, workshops, and individual sessionsPrepare educational materialSupport and mentor new employeesKeep attendance and other recordsConduct evaluations to identify areas of improvementMonitor employee performance and response to training Skills Proven experience as a network trainerUnderstanding of effective teaching methodologies and toolsWillingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teachingPhenomenal communication, presentation, and public speaking skillsOrganizational and time management abilitiesCritical thinking and decision-making Benefits Include Flexible schedulePaid time offMonday to Friday ScheduleRequired qualifications:Legally authorized to work in the United States17 years or older
