This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and enjoys being on the move. This position is expected to be 2040 hours per week and is designed as a long-term opportunity with room for growth.Operational DutiesPlace, retrieve, install, and remove open house signs and listing signsMeet photographers at listing appointments and ensure properties are photo-readyCreate basic floor plans during photography appointmentsClaim incoming leads and answer lead calls promptly and professionallyOccasionally meet with clients as neededPerform basic handyman tasks such as assembling furniture or minor touch-up paintingAssist with basic house cleaning when neededVery infrequent assistance with picking up Vals two sons from the bus stopQualifications & SkillsAbility to work independently while also being a strong team playerReliable transportation with a clean and presentable vehicleAbility to lift and install signage as neededStrong organizational and time-management skillsProfessional phone etiquette and communication skillsA positive attitude that aligns with our teams culture is mandatorySchedule & Growth PotentialThis role requires a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends based on business needs.
