This role plays a critical part in monitoring security systems, coordinating field response, and ensuring timely handling of incidents across multiple facilities.This is a high‑visibility, mission‑critical role that works closely with security leadership and operational teams.Required Qualifications (Must Have)Active TCOLE or TLETS certification (required to be considered)6 months – 1+ year of experience in security operations, dispatch, or access control environmentsExperience working with:Access control systems and badgingSecurity access pointsCCTV/security cameras (installation, troubleshooting, monitoring)Strong verbal communication and multitasking abilitiesCore ResponsibilitiesMonitor alarms and security systems in a 24/7 SOC environmentCCTV monitoring and security camera troubleshootingConduct security camera surveysManage and support badging systemsAnswer and route calls using an IP‑based telephone systemDispatch security officers and coordinate with law enforcement using radio systemsPerform radio and call loggingIssue, collect, and document incident reportsRoute incident information to appropriate response unitsEnsure timely and effective responses to alarms, incidents, and notificationsHandle emergency and non‑emergency calls from internal staff, vendors, and external authoritiesProcess and assess information from multiple systems and respond using proper dispatch protocolsSupport security operations documentation (e.g., officer dispatching, incident reporting)Technical & Professional SkillsTop Skills (Must Have):Asset managementPC/Technical troubleshootingInventory trackingNetwork awarenessPrinter supportInformation security fundamentalsNice to Have:Prior SOC or healthcare security experienceExperience with enterprise physical security platformsAdditional RequirementsMust meet facility‑related vaccination requirements (does not include COVID)Strong professionalism and customer‑facing demeanorAbility to multitask in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environmentsStrong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skillsReliable and dependable work ethicWhy Join This TeamJoin a rapidly growing organization that places high value on technology and securityWork closely with leadership and executive‑level stakeholdersCollaborative, positive, and professional work cultureOpportunity to gain hands‑on experience with enterprise‑level physical security systemsJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Dallas, TX.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
