Our Customer Service Representatives play a key role in supporting customers from order to delivery, ensuring questions are answered clearly and issues are resolved efficiently.This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys helping others, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and takes ownership of follow-through. Youll support a high volume of customer requests across phone, email, and chat, while working closely with internal teams to keep orders moving accurately and on track.Responsibilities include:Managing a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chatProviding clear, accurate information about products and services, and educating customers to help them make informed decisionsPlacing orders on behalf of customers and ensuring details are accurate before submissionReceiving, reviewing, and processing orders for printed marketing materialsAssisting customers with account questions, website navigation, and online toolsTroubleshooting issues and resolving concerns professionally and efficientlyDocumenting all customer interactions clearly in our CRM and ticketing systemsFollowing up to ensure questions and issues are fully resolvedCollaborating with internal teams to maintain accuracy, reliability, and qualityIdentifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experienceWere looking for someone who brings a strong service mindset, attention to detail, and accountability to their work.Qualifications:1+ year of experience in a customer service or support roleStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a high-volume environmentComfort working with CRM systems and ticketing toolsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsCalm, professional approach even in challenging situationsReliable, detail-oriented, and team-orientedWillingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtimePreferred (but not required):Experience supporting e-commerce or online ordersFamiliarity with Microsoft Office and web browsersExperience with Adobe Creative Suite or basic design toolsEducation:High school diploma or equivalent requiredPIe325a3498f74-31181-39334827RequiredPreferredJob IndustriesOther
