This is an opportunity to support large‑scale GPU deployments that power next‑generation AI infrastructure—while gaining hands‑on experience, long‑term career potential, and the chance to convert to full‑time.Why This Role Is ExcitingContribute to bringing a major new datacenter site onlineSupport one of the industry’s top priority GPU and AI server initiativesWork within a rapidly expanding hyperscale environment with strong opportunities for growthPotential pathway to full‑time employmentMake a real impact on large‑scale AI and cloud infrastructureOpen PositionsWe are hiring for multiple technician levels:Lead Technician5+ years of lead or management experience in a datacenter environmentL4 Technician5+ years of dedicated datacenter experienceStrong troubleshooting experience, especially with large GPU deploymentsL3 Technician3+ years of datacenter experienceWhat You’ll DoThis team supports datacenter buildout and decommissioning activities, including:Removing and organizing network cablingRunning, labeling, and staging power and network cablesExecuting DBD removal tasksFollowing established procedures for installing, diagnosing, troubleshooting, replacing, and decommissioning hardwareStaging, setting up, and performing basic startup/shutdown of equipmentCompleting physical asset auditsMonitoring systems for hardware issues or performance errorsInvestigating and resolving program error messagesAssisting engineers with testing and debuggingUsing spreadsheets and other software tools to track data and produce reportsRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalentBasic knowledge of computer hardware, servers, and componentsComfortable using Microsoft Office applicationsStrong communication, problem‑solving, and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyExperience requirements vary by level (3–5+ years)Preferred QualificationsAssociate degree or equivalent technical trainingGPU deployment experience (a strong plus, not required)Break/Fix backgroundHardware installation and cabling experienceShift Schedule12‑hour shifts (7–7 AM or PM) on a 2‑2‑3 rotation:A Side: Sunday–Tuesday + every other WednesdayB Side: Thursday–Saturday + every other WednesdayWork Environment / PPE ProvidedAll required safety equipment is provided:Composite‑toe boots (reimbursement available)High‑visibility vestSafety glassesCut‑resistant glovesEar protectionHard hat (for sites still under construction)LocationFayetteville, GA(Team must be willing to commute to this site.)Interview ProcessL3: 30‑minute technical interviewL4 & Lead: 1‑hour technical interview with delivery leadership and architectural teamReason for HiringDue to major expansion and a surge of GPU deployments, the internal team requires additional support across multiple technician levels.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Fayetteville, GA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $44.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
