Job Description (What You’ll Do)Handle a high volume of inbound calls in a fast‑paced call center environment, with some follow‑up calls as neededAssist members with prior authorizations, general inquiries, and confidential healthcare informationAccurately document interactions while navigating multiple systems and maintaining high quality and accuracy standards✅ QualificationsAt least 1 year of recent (last 2–3 years) high‑volume call center experienceStable work history (minimum 1 year tenure in prior roles)Experience in healthcare or medical call centers is a plus#westpriority26Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ 85284.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
