Evaluate and continuously monitor patient progress in the ICU. Identify sudden or subtle changes in patient condition and intervene appropriately. Provide timely updates to physicians, patients, and family members. Initiate treatments, administer medications, and monitor dosing. Respond to medical emergencies and activate appropriate clinical teams. Deliver comprehensive care throughout the patient’s ICU stay. Job Requirements: Minimum 3 years ICU experience (required). 5+ years ICU experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center preferred. Previous ICU experience required. EPIC experience preferred (non‑EPIC users must complete a 2‑day EPIC course). BLS – required. ACLS – required. NIHSS – required. TNCC – preferred. CCRN – preferred.
