Position Overview 8-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday 36 hours guaranteed, with potential to work up to 40 hours Floating to other clinic locations may be required Will consider PTAs New grads and first-time travelers not accepted Patient Population General outpatient orthopedics Dry needling EMG Responsibilities Evaluate, treat, and document patient care Develop individualized treatment plans Educate patients on exercises and injury prevention Maintain productivity expectations: ~12–14 patients per day, double-booking follow-ups as needed Ensure OT hours are approved by the clinic director Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members Requirements Active WA PT or PTA license Minimum of 2 years outpatient orthopedic experience Strong clinical and communication skills This is a great opportunity for an experienced PT/PTA seeking a structured outpatient schedule with variety and hands-on orthopedic care.
