Job SummaryThe Pink Cabana is seeking an experienced, motivated, and guest-focused Food & Beverage Supervisor to support daily restaurant and bar operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, service excellence, and team development. The Food & Beverage Supervisor will work closely with management to ensure seamless service, uphold brand standards, and deliver an elevated guest experience that reflects The Pink Cabanas chic and vibrant atmosphere.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations SupportAssist in overseeing daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth service and operational consistency.Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.Support inventory controls by assisting with weekly counts, ordering, and receiving.Follow and reinforce cash handling and POS procedures to ensure accuracy and accountability.Step in to lead shifts, open/close the restaurant, and resolve operational issues as needed.Service & Menu ExecutionEnsure all food and beverage items are executed according to established recipes, presentation, and quality standards.Stay informed on current menus, specials, and promotions to support staff and answer guest questions confidently.Support seasonal menu rollouts and assist with beverage program execution.Team Leadership & TrainingSupervise and support front-of-house staff during service, leading by example.Assist in training new hires and reinforcing service standards and brand expectations.Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to ensure consistent performance.Communicate daily priorities, service notes, and updates to the team.Guest ExperienceDeliver warm, attentive, and professional service to all guests.Act as a point of contact for guest concerns, resolving issues promptly and escalating when necessary.Support upselling initiatives and ensure staff engages guests in a genuine and knowledgeable manner.Financial AwarenessSupport management in controlling labor and minimizing waste during service.Monitor service flow to maximize revenue opportunities while maintaining guest satisfaction.Assist with inventory tracking and reporting as requested.QualificationsMinimum 12 years of experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor, Lead Server, or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or bar.Strong understanding of food and beverage service standards.Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication, organization, and guest-service skills.Experience with POS systems and basic inventory processes.Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Preferred QualificationsExperience in an upscale, boutique, or lifestyle hospitality environment.Basic knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.Interest in professional growth within food & beverage leadership.REQUIREMENTSRestaurant Lead Serving or Supervisor Experience (2 years)What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits.Opportunity to work in a vibrant, creative, and collaborative environment.Employee discounts on dining and accommodations.Growth opportunities within the company.The Pink Cabana is committed to fostering a workplace where creativity and diversity thrive.
