Teriyaki Madness is seeking a dedicated and energetic Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of teriyaki dishes, ensuring that all meals are made to perfection and delivered in a timely manner. You will work closely with the kitchen team to maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.!!!MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION!!! Key Responsibilities:Food Preparation:Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to the Teriyaki Madness recipes and standards.Ensure all food is cooked and presented according to quality and portion control guidelines.Handle food with care, following safety and sanitation guidelines.Kitchen Operations:Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.Team Collaboration:Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.Communicate effectively with the team to coordinate orders and manage workflow.Assist in training new kitchen staff as needed.Quality Control:Monitor food quality and presentation standards.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Perform regular checks on ingredients and supplies, reporting any issues to management. Qualifications:Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role is preferred.Knowledge of kitchen operations and cooking techniques.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Food handlers certification (preferred but not required). Physical Requirements:Ability to stand for extended periods.Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.Ability to work in a hot and noisy environment.
