Required Skills: Valid CA RN license Proven experience in labor and delivery or maternal health Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and patient advocacy skills Knowledge of obstetric care protocols and emergencies Nice to Have Skills: Experience with electronic health records (EHR) Bilingual abilities, especially Spanish Certifications such as NRP, TNCC, or ACLS Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred Minimum 2 years' L&D experience Other Requirements: Must hold current BLS and other relevant certifications Flexibility to work overnight hours Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments Enjoy competitive pay starting at $50-$55 per hour combined rate, with night shift differentials and benefits packages available.
