This leadership-oriented role is ideal for an RN who is passionate about senior care, clinical excellence, and team collaboration. Schedule Full-Time Tuesday–Saturday OR Sunday–Thursday Flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends as needed Compensation $105,000–$130,000 USD annually (based on experience) Role Overview The Nurse Manager supports the Director of Nursing in overseeing clinical services, staff supervision, resident care coordination, medication management, and regulatory compliance. This role plays a key part in ensuring high-quality care and a safe, supportive environment for residents.
