The Junior Account Manager is the key player in the implementation of sales and customer service strategy. The Junior Account Manager would serve as the main point of contact for business accounts in their region.Essential Functions:Conducting on site client meetingsProcessing upgrades and technology migrationsProviding Customer ServiceEducating business customers on new technologiesManaging data/ leads in SalesForce.com and SalesRabbitNetworking within community eventsAttend daily staff/ campaign meetingsSkill and Ability Areas:Ability to provide an outstanding level of customer serviceOutstanding listening, written, and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsThoroughness and attention to detailAbility to conduct face to face business meetingsGrooming employee must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance. Good hygiene & professional appearance required. Business attire in office and during events required.
