Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health (North County)- $2,500 Sign on Bonus Location: Escondido , CA (North County San Diego) Work Type: Full-Time only Compensation : $55–$65/hr paid drive time between visits mileage reimbursement $2,500 sign-on bonus (Paid drive time included in hourly rate) A well-established, mission-driven home health provider is hiring an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to support a primary North County San Diego territory. This role is ideal for PTs who are comfortable working independently in the field, managing a consistent home health caseload, and traveling locally within North County.
